Who can use this service?

As an eligible client, you get up to six sessions of this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

  • 1 Request the service through the portal

  • 2 One of our healthcare professionals will contact you to review your consultation details and will then forward your case onto our Mental Health Team.

  • 3 Your treatment plan of up to six sessions will be scheduled in at a time that suits you.

    Ask as many questions as you need to and our doctor will provide professional medical advice. If needed, they will provide on-going treatment on how to improve your condition.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
